THE TECHNOLOGY

The technology of fruit fertilization on the farm  is based primarily on the use of organic fertilizers-effective composition of micro-organisms that are beneficial microorganisms, which include photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, lactic acid bacteria, yeast and fermenting fungi such as Aspergillus, Penicillium as well as of many other different strains. This technology is an excellent substitute for mineral fertilizers.

      In combination with organic matter, microorganisms immediately start to secrete useful substances such as vitamins, organic acids, minerals and antioxidants. They change the micro flora in the soil, thanks to what  the texture of the substrate containing harmful and disease-causing enzymes is converted into healthy soil, without any polluting toxins, and also:
- Neutralize harmful substances;

- Allow you to get rid of unpleasant odors;

- Reduce the content of heavy metals in the soil;

- Improve the condition and vigor of plants, animals and humans;

- Strengthen the natural defenses of living organisms;

- Produce amino acids that inhibit the growth of harmful substances;

- Activate natural substances contained in the soil and nutrients for plants, whereby the chemical fertilization becomes unnecessary.

     Microorganisms act directly in the soil, and indirectly in plants, fruits and juice, as well as in all organisms, strengthening their immune system.

      The juice production is based on a selection of the highest quality, healthy dessert fruits and the result of the merger in the right proportions is unique flavor. Technological basis for juice production is a mobile crushing plant that meets EU standards of quality and hygiene of its work, because the modern system of measures prevents the entry of harmful substances from the seeds.

      Of great importance is the step of pasteurization and aseptic packaging in the 'bag-in-box’ called type of packaging which result in greatly extended time of usage while maintaining nearly all nutrients, flavor and aroma of fresh fruit.
